WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In Stock Items:
Please allow between 2 to 10 business days
for in stock items to be processed and shipped.
Many items in this store will be listed as 'Preorder', which does affect processing and shipping times. Each individual listing will include estimated shipping times. Please understand that this is only an estimation and may ship earlier or later than stated.
If an order contains both in stock and preorder items, the shipping time will be based on the preorder item status.
I strive to bring you the most cost effective shipping possible. All shipping costs are reflective of the current shipping rates for USPS First Class Package services plus mailing supplies.
I understand that international shipping is expensive, but I have no control over postal service costs.
Destination Estimated Delivery Time
United States | 1 to 3 business days after shipping
Canada and Mexico | 1 to 2 weeks after shipping
International | 2 to 9 weeks after shipping
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted after an item has been shipped. Please be sure to read item descriptions carefully before placing an order.
If you want to cancel an item before it ships, please use the contact page
or e-mail me at email@example.com
for a full refund. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled. However, if an item reaches you damaged, incorrect, or is declared lost by the mail courier, please send me an e-mail so that the issue can be addressed.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me with your name, order number, and photo of the damaged product.
